Do you provide free boiler quotes?

If you are considering upgrading or replacing your boiler we can provide you with a free no obligation quote. We will send one of our trained gas safe engineers to visit with you and scope the work that is required and provide you with a fixed price quotation. What type of boiler do I have?

There are three main types of domestic heating systems which require either a 'combination', 'system' or 'heat only' boiler. Take a look at our page describing each different type of system and what type of boiler is right for your property and lifestyle.

Do you provide boiler finance and payment options?

We offer payment options across our range of Worcester Bosch domestic boilers which offer you flexibility when paying for your new boiler. Do you offer home service contracts?

We offer a range of heating service care packages covering your annual boiler service, boiler repairs through to covering your radiators & controls. We send a gas safe engineer to visit with you and provide a quotation for a service care contract which will provide you with peace of mind throughout the year.

Do you provide landlord gas safety certificates?

We provide landlord gas safety certificates for all gas appliances in your property. We will send one of our gas safe registered engineers to your property and we can liaise with your tenant to arrange an appropriate time for our visit. Why do my radiators have cold spots?

You may find that your radiators are not heating up evenly due to a build up of corrosive material in your heating system. Over time this corrosive material can build up into a sludge that can clog up your radiators and prevent parts of radiator from heating up. This has a drastic effect on the efficiency of your heating system. There are measures you can take to not just fix this issue, but also preventative measures you can take to stop this sludgy material building up and becoming a problem. A powerflush is a process in which one of our skilled heating engineers will use a powerflush machine to flush water and chemicals through the heating system to break down the sludge and remove it from the system. Although largely effective, powerflushing may not be able to remove the more resilient build up of sludge. We always recommend installing a corrosion capture device on your heating system to capture the corrosive material before it gets caught up in your radiators.
