A gas safety inspection (certificate) provides a documented safety checks carried out on each gas appliance as well as the gas meter.

An electrical installation condition report (EICR) is a documented report of electrical circuits and fuse board within the property.

A drainage camera survey includes the cleaning of the drains with a high-pressure jet washer. Following cleaning, a CCTV camera will then travel throughout the drainage pipework and footage captured and a copy provided.
