Our Emergency and Out of Hours rates
We are transparent.
We charge all emergency and out of hours appointments for domestic and commercial clients using the schedule below. Our rates are quote net of VAT. Our team will make customers fully aware of our charges at the time of booking. A call out charge is applied to all emergency appointments. We always offer value for money and transparent charges. We accept BACS, debit and most major credit cards as method of payment.

The table shows or initial ‘Call out charge’ (payable on booking) & charge per hour or part of, from our engineers arrival. Table below for emergency and out of hours appointments only. To see our appointment rates for bookings during our normal business hours (8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri) see our standard domestic rates or for commercial our commercial rates.

The call out charge is payable on booking to confirm your appointment.
Materials Supplied will be charged at our list prices for standard stock.
Materials Collected & Supplied will be at our suppliers list price plus 25% mark up.
Material Collection Engineer collection up to £60 inc VAT (for non-van stock items only).
Returned Materials will incur a minimum of 25% restocking fee.
The Invoice will be issued at the end of the visit.
Payment must be made immediately, in full, by debit/credit card, BACS or cheque to the engineer on issue of the invoice
